My Story
I have always believed that the conversations we find hardest are often the ones that matter most. Over the course of more than twenty years in industry, I have seen how silence around issues such as health, wellbeing, and inclusion can erode trust and prevent both people and organisations from thriving.
With over two decades of professional experience, I am passionate about transforming workplaces into inclusive environments where everyone, especially those managing health conditions, can belong and succeed.
As the founder of Elevation Occ Psy, I bring together my expertise as a business psychologist with my own lived experience. This allows me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, delivering solutions that are not only grounded in rigorous research but also shaped by empathy and real-world understanding.
I created Elevation Occ Psy to support individuals, leaders, and organisations in navigating the conversations that too often remain unspoken. By combining evidence-based tools with courage, compassion, and inclusion, I help workplaces build the trust and psychological safety they need to thrive.

When I'm not consulting, you'll find me sharing knowledge as a visiting lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire or developing new resources for my upcoming podcast on workplace wellness and inclusion.
Outside of work
When I’m not consulting or teaching, I’m usually on adventures with Trixie, our Chief Happiness Officer 🐾, and my partner Jason, whether that’s woodland walks, seaside shenanigans, or campervan road trips.
We’re also keen snowboarders, chasing the mix of scenery, views, and adrenaline that only the mountains can bring. Favourites so far: Finland for its perfect snow and glimpses of the northern lights, and the Dolomites in Italy for unforgettable views and incredible food

Our Values
Courage
We believe growth comes when people are supported to step into conversations they might otherwise avoid. Courage means creating the conditions where difficult topics can be addressed openly and respectfully.
Compassion
Every conversation involves real people with real emotions. We approach dialogue with empathy and care, ensuring individuals feel safe, heard, and understood.
Inclusion
Every voice matters. We create spaces where difference is respected, health and personal circumstances are acknowledged, and diversity of experience is valued.
Integrity
Our work is grounded in evidence, psychology, and professionalism. We rely on approaches that are proven, not fashionable, and we hold ourselves accountable to the standards we help others achieve.
Connection
Workplaces thrive when people can truly see and hear one another. We help to build the trust and connection that allow individuals and organisations to flourish.
Collaboration
We believe lasting change is built together. We work in partnership with individuals, leaders, and organisations, ensuring every solution is co-created, practical, and sustainable.
Meet Our Canine Companion and Chief Happiness Officer!
My name is Trixie
I am 5 years old and spend my days 'working' with my dog mum. I keep her company, often snoring in the background, take her on adventures to meet my doggo friends, and explore the village where we live (and work) everyday!
